EASE Skills Intensive (Live)

A 4-week live program for misophonia

If you’re dealing with misophonia, you probably already know how disruptive it can be.

Certain sounds can feel overwhelming. You might find yourself avoiding situations, bracing for triggers, or trying different strategies that don’t seem to last.

This program is designed to give you a different way to work with it.

What this program is about

The goal is simple:

To help you feel less controlled by triggers—and actually know what to do when they show up.

This isn’t about eliminating sounds or forcing yourself to tolerate them.

It’s about learning how to respond differently so you’re not stuck in the same cycle.

Who this is for

This program may be a good fit if:

  • You feel controlled by certain sounds or visual triggers

  • You avoid situations or people because of triggers

  • You’ve tried different approaches but still feel stuck

  • You want a practical, structured way to work through this

What we’ll do

Each session will include:

  • Clear teaching of one core concept from the EASE model

  • Practical examples so you understand how it applies to real situations

  • Guided exercises you’ll do in real time

  • Space for questions (you can participate at your comfort level)

You don’t need to share personally if you don’t want to.

Camera-off and anonymous participation are completely fine.

Program details

  • Start date: Wednesday, May 6

  • Schedule: 4 consecutive Wednesday nights

  • Format: Live on Zoom

What makes this different

Most people already have information about misophonia.

What’s often missing is a way to actually apply it when a trigger hits.

This program focuses on that—
learning how to work through the moment, not just understand it.
