We are an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with insurance companies. However, we provide you with a detailed receipt (called a "superbill") that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine if your plan includes out-of-network coverage.

Therapy sessions start at $150 for a 45-minute session with a staff clinician. For the rest of the fees schedule please reach out.

Our fees are set and do not operate on a sliding scale. However, we aim to make therapy more accessible by offering reduced rates with our experienced staff clinicians.

Therapists are typically able to accept new clients within a few days of your initial inquiry. If you need an earlier appointment, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you

The duration of therapy varies depending on factors such as the condition being treated, its severity, and any co-occurring issues. While it is difficult to predict exactly how long therapy will take, many clients experience significant symptom reduction within 6–12 months of consistent weekly therapy with us.
